​​​​CLUB NOTES - 31st July 2019

Senior Football

Our lads came out on the wrong side of a 3-9 to 0-14 point loss against Curry in the opening round of the 2019 Kennedys Intermediate Championship last Sunday 29th July in Tourlestrane. A clinical Curry side got goals when it mattered but our side can take a lot of positives with them into round 2 this Sunday 4th August, with a fixture against Ballymote at 1pm in Cloonacool. Please make the trip to Cloonacool to support the team.

Senior Hurling
Our Senior hurlers have a fixture next weekend with Tourlestrane in the Senior Hurling Championship, with details for day, time and venue to be arranged over the next few days. Best of luck to the lads.

Minor Football
Our Easkey/Enniscrone minors lost out to St Molaise Gaels on a scoreline of 3-7 to 0-11 last week in the A championship. They play Curry this Tuesdsay 31st July in Enniscrone for round 3 of the Minor A championship. 

Our Easkey /St Farnans u16s lost out to a very strong Eastern Harps side last night 29th July out in round 2 of the u16 B championship.

U10 and u13s hurling
Our u10 hurlers had a great day at the Evan Doyle memorial tournament last Saturday down in St Molaise Gaels and our u13s enjoyed a great day out in Croke Park last Sunday watching the All Ireland semifinal between Wexford and Tipperary, also playing Castleknock on the way.

Beginner Blues
Beginner blues training on Saturdays 10-11 same time as u8 football, contact Noel McGuire for further info.

Underage Hurling
Underage Hurling training continues during the week as follows.
U12s and u14s 10am to 11am 
U8s and u10 are from 11 am to 12pm 
U8 and u10s 6 – 7pm
U12 and u14s 7 - 8pm
New players from St Farnans and St Patricks are welcome
